Agilisys reported fiscal 2025 Q3 revenue of $69.6 million, a 14.9% increase year-over-year, marking the 12th consecutive record revenue quarter. Recurring revenue grew 26.4% year-over-year, with subscription revenue up 45.1%, now comprising 63.8% of total recurring revenue.
Sales of Property Management Systems (PMS) and related modules were a highlight, with bookings up 70% year-over-year in Q3 (excluding Book for Time). Fiscal 2025 is already a record year for PMS sales, surpassing the previous best full year by 33%.
Point of Sale (POS) sales underperformed expectations, particularly in the managed food services vertical, due to challenges in transitioning to modernized cloud-native products. However, the company expects POS sales to improve in the coming quarters, supported by a 22% year-over-year increase in the POS demo-plus sales pipeline.
Agilisys lowered its fiscal 2025 total revenue guidance to $273 million but maintained its profitability and subscription revenue growth guidance of at least 38%. Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 was $14.7 million, representing 21.2% of revenue.
The company highlighted strong sales momentum, with a record-high demo-plus sales pipeline and significant progress in transitioning to modernized product versions. Agilisys remains optimistic about medium- and long-term growth opportunities, particularly in PMS and international markets.
