Aramark achieved record global FSS revenue and AOI profitability in Q1, with organic revenue growth of 5% to $4.6 billion, driven by strong base business and net new business.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 guidance, expecting organic revenue growth of 7.5%-9.5%, AOI growth of 15%, adjusted EPS growth of 23%-28%, and a leverage ratio of approximately 3x by year-end, including a 53rd week in Q4.
U.S. AOI grew 13% with a margin improvement of over 60 basis points, driven by supply chain efficiencies, cost management, and account maturity. International AOI grew 15% on a constant currency basis despite a 20-basis-point impact from flooding in Spain.
Aramark expanded its global supply chain footprint with the acquisition of Quantum Cost Consultancy, managing $500 million in spend, and initiated a $500 million share repurchase program, repurchasing over 645,000 shares to date.
The company anticipates double-digit revenue growth in the second half of fiscal 2025, supported by new account wins, high client retention rates, and the impact of the 53rd week in Q4.
