AE Wealth Management LLC has reduced its stake in Innovator Defined Wealth Shield ETF by 16.7% during the fourth quarter. The company now holds 155,800 shares, valued at $4.14 million. Other institutional investors, including Brookstone Capital Management and Compass Advisory Group, have also made significant changes to their positions.1

Brookstone's initial public offering saw shares jump over 82%, raising approximately HK$1.294 billion. The firm plans to allocate these proceeds towards R&D, production resources, IP development, and marketing. Key cornerstone investors such as UBS AM Singapore and Jing Lin played a pivotal role in the offering.2
