BOAT has seen a significant increase in order intake, with Q4 showing a 53% year-over-year growth and Q3 at 18%, signaling market normalization.
The company is focusing on premium products, including the successful launch of the Nimbus 495, which has already sold over a year's production and won "Powerboat of the Year 2025."
North American sales dropped by 29% in Q4, but the Nimbus brand grew by 4%, while the Nordic market showed recovery with a 26% increase in sales. European sales declined by 21%, though order intake shows positive signs.
Full-year net sales were down 15% year-over-year, with an EBITDA of -€60M, impacted by nonrecurring costs such as restructuring provisions and losses from the Finnish value boat business.
Financial targets remain unchanged, aiming for over 10% growth during a business cycle and an EBITDA margin of 10%+. The company plans to finalize its exit from value boat production and focus on cash release and cost optimization in 2025.
