The Stance Sustainable Beta ETF has completed its acquisition of the AXS Change Finance ESG ETF. As of April 7, the merged fund trades under the CHGX ticker on Nasdaq, with shareholders receiving new shares at a conversion ratio of 1.55574011. The Stance ETF now assumes CHGX’s financial history.12

Alpha Architect ETF Trust has updated its registration statement, incorporating recent amendments to its Fund Accounting Servicing Agreement with U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. The filing also includes the consent of Tait, Weller & Baker LLP for recent ETF mergers and omits certain financial statements as permitted.51
