Clearmind Medicine has signed a Letter of Intent with Polyrizon Ltd. to develop intranasal formulations for its psychedelic therapies. The collaboration aims to improve bioavailability and therapeutic effects, focusing on the compound MEAI. This approach may offer faster absorption and better patient compliance for mental health and addiction treatments.1

A South Korean patent application was published for a cocaine addiction treatment developed by SciSparc and Clearmind. The therapy combines MEAI and PEA, showing promise in preclinical trials. Results indicate reduced drug cravings without impairing natural reward responses, advancing the companies' intellectual property portfolios.2

Clearmind Medicine has initiated Phase I/IIa trials for CMND-100, targeting alcohol use disorder. The trials, taking place in Israel and the U.S., will assess safety, tolerability, and efficacy. This marks the first clinical application of Clearmind’s proprietary platform, aiming to address addiction and mental health challenges.3
