Camping World (CWH) successfully raised $330 million in growth capital and extended its RV floor plan facility by $300 million, aiming for 10-15% unit growth in used RVs and low single-digit growth in new RVs for 2025.
The company expects to sell over 130,000 units in 2025, up from 121,500 in 2024, with a focus on affordability and value-priced units. Annual ASP targets are $40,000 for new and $32,000 for used RVs.
CWH reported Q4 2024 revenue of $1.2 billion, a 9% increase year-over-year, driven by an 8% rise in new unit sales and an 11% rise in used unit sales. Used vehicle gross margin improved to 18.7%.
The company is targeting a 600-700 basis point improvement in SG&A as a percentage of gross profit for 2025 and expects "explosive" EBITDA growth, with Q1 EBITDA projected to be 3-4x higher than the prior year.
CWH plans to add 6-7 new dealership rooftops in 2025 while maintaining a strong focus on deleveraging and improving operational efficiency to achieve meaningful earnings recovery.
