KKR has finalized the acquisition of a 25% stake in Enilive, Eni's biofuels division, with plans to increase its share to 30%. This deal, valued at €2.967 billion, includes a €500 million capital injection to support Enilive's growth. Enilive focuses on biomethane, sustainable aviation fuel, and electric vehicle services.12

Vitol has acquired stakes in Eni's Baleine project in Ivory Coast and a LNG project in the Republic of Congo for $1.65 billion. The deal aligns with Eni's strategy to monetize high-potential assets and marks a significant partnership expansion between the two companies in West Africa.34

Eni and Petroci have completed the second phase of the Baleine project in Ivory Coast, increasing gas production to 70 million cubic feet daily and tripling oil output to 60,000 barrels per day. The project, Africa's first net-zero upstream development, aims to reach 150,000 barrels per day in future phases.45
