The company completed a strategic acquisition of Alain Plus and related assets for $51.5 million, expected to add $225 million in annual revenues and increase market share in Western Quebec from 11% to 16%.
Carnaval Group ended fiscal 2024 with a strong financial position, reducing net debt to $47.8 million and achieving a leverage ratio of 2.4x adjusted EBITDA, down from 2.7x the previous year.
