Global ETF assets reached a new peak of $15.50 trillion in February, driven by $152.13 billion in net inflows that month. This marks the 69th consecutive month of net inflows, with year-to-date inflows setting a record at $304.70 billion. The SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust led individual inflows, attracting $8.67 billion.1

Consumer discretionary ETFs faced steep declines, with some down nearly 20%, as inflation and tariffs dampen spending. Smaller companies were hit hardest, with the Artemis US Smaller Companies fund falling over 21%.3
