ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES has announced critical dates for its 2025 shareholder proposals. The submission period for general shareholders runs from March 21 to March 31, while ADS holders have until March 27. The annual meeting is scheduled for May 27 in Taiwan. This aligns with the company’s ongoing focus on shareholder engagement.12

ChipMOS reported a 6.3% revenue increase for 2024, reaching NT$22.7 billion, but margins dropped to 13%, down from 16.6% in 2023. Q4 revenue fell 5.7% year-over-year. Despite this, the company remains financially robust, with NT$15.2 billion in cash and a new NT$350 million share buyback plan.23
