Sun Communities has agreed to sell its Safe Harbor Marinas portfolio to Blackstone Infrastructure for $5.65 billion. The deal will reduce Sun's debt significantly, with its net debt-to-EBITDA ratio expected to drop to 2.5x-3.0x. Proceeds will fund debt reduction, shareholder distributions, and reinvestment in core businesses.23
