Pinstripes Holdings has announced a recapitalization agreement with Oaktree Capital Management, which will become the majority equity holder. The deal aims to reduce Pinstripes’ cash interest obligations and fund future growth. This follows the company’s delisting from NYSE due to market capitalization issues, with its stock now trading on the OTC Pink Market.2

Apollo Global Management has agreed to acquire a majority stake in OEG Energy Group, valuing the company at over $1 billion. Oaktree Capital will retain a minority equity interest. OEG operates a vast fleet of cargo-carrying units and provides renewable energy solutions. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2025.3
