PAR reported Q4 2024 revenues of $105 million, a 50% year-over-year increase, driven by subscription services revenue growth of 95%, including 25% organic growth.
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) doubled to $276 million, with Operator Cloud ARR growing 26% organically and Engagement Cloud ARR growing 15% organically year-over-year.
