Invesco Global Water ETF Price & Performance (PIO)

Invesco reported a drop in net long-term inflows to $17.6 billion in Q1 2025, down from $25.6 billion in the prior quarter. While ETFs and index products saw $16.3 billion in inflows, fundamental equities experienced $7 billion in outflows. Operating revenues fell 4% quarter-over-quarter.1

The Invesco Water Resources ETF (PHO) posted a 1-year return of -3.79%, underperforming the broader market. Despite growing interest in water solutions and a $1.97 billion asset base, the fund faces valuation concerns and tighter financial conditions, potentially limiting near-term upside for investors.2

The Invesco Global Water ETF (PIO) declined 3.76% over the past three months, yet outperformed the S&P 500’s 12.71% drop in the same period. PIO’s top holdings include Roper Technologies and Ecolab, and it maintains an expense ratio of 0.75%.3
