Unicommerce eSolutions Limited has finalized its acquisition of Shipway Technology, acquiring the remaining 57.24% stake. This move transforms Shipway into a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Unicommerce's ecommerce enablement solutions. The combined client base now exceeds 7,000 businesses, offering cross-sell opportunities and strengthening its position in the logistics management sector.1

Edtech platform Eupheus Learning reduced its losses to Rs 9 crore in FY24, compared to Rs 18 crore previously, while achieving revenue of Rs 225 crore. Operational efficiencies and favorable conditions created by the National Education Policy 2020 have driven growth. The company plans a 10% revenue increase this year.2

Eupheus Learning's ClassKlap division has achieved cash flow neutrality, reflecting threefold growth since FY22. SchoolMitra, another division, now contributes 35% of the company’s revenue. Eupheus attributes its success to strategic acquisitions and integration, with plans to enhance operational performance and market presence in the coming year.2
