Palantir reported exceptional Q1 results, with total revenue growing 39% year over year, US revenue up 55%, and US commercial revenue surging 71% year over year, surpassing a $1 billion annual run rate for the first time.
The company raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance midpoint to $3.896 billion (36% YoY growth) and US commercial revenue guidance to over $1.178 billion (at least 68% YoY growth); Q2 2025 revenue is expected between $934 million and $938 million.
Adjusted operating margin reached 44% (up 800 bps YoY), adjusted free cash flow was $370 million (42% margin), and the Rule of 40 score increased to 83, reflecting strong profitability and growth.
Customer count grew 39% YoY to 769, with top 20 customers’ trailing twelve-month revenue up 26% YoY; US government revenue grew 45% YoY, and international government revenue also rose 45% YoY, bolstered by new partnerships such as NATO.
Management emphasized Palantir’s competitive advantage in AI through its ontology and AIP platform, strong demand for AI production use cases, and continued focus on execution, especially in the US market, while noting ongoing headwinds in Europe.
