Pacer Benchmark Data & Infrastructure Real Estate SCTR ETF Price & Performance (SRVR)

JPMorgan Chase & Co. boosted its holdings in the Pacer Data & Infrastructure Real Estate ETF (SRVR) by over 700% in the fourth quarter, now owning 3,786 shares. SRVR, which focuses on real estate companies tied to data and infrastructure, has seen its market cap rise to $417 million amid increasing investor interest.12

The SRVR ETF, valued at $464 million, provides investors with broad access to data centers, communication towers, and digital infrastructure firms, primarily in developed markets. Launched in 2018, the fund offers a trailing yield of 3.8% and targets growth in technology support and cloud computing, without exposure to emerging markets.34

Despite recent market swings, the expansion of data centers continues at pace. Major players like American Tower, Equinix, and Nvidia are benefiting, while ETFs such as SRVR and XLRE offer diversified exposure. Analysts remain optimistic about long-term growth, particularly as digital infrastructure demand accelerates worldwide.54
