Synaptics announced a $198M all-cash transaction with Broadcom, expected to generate over $40M in annualized sales and slightly accretive to non-GAAP EPS. The deal strengthens their IoT connectivity portfolio, including WiFi 7/8, UWB IP, and next-gen GPS/GNSS products.
