Gross profit increased by 28.4% to $12.1 million, while operating expenses decreased by 2.2% to $8.9 million, reflecting cost control measures despite expansion efforts.
Net income decreased by 31.6% to $1.3 million due to foreign currency exchange losses and changes in the fair value of warrant liabilities, with basic and diluted earnings per share at $0.03 compared to $0.05 in the prior year.
