Vanguard 0-3 Month Treasury Bill ETF Price & Performance (VBIL)

The SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF (BIL) attracted $1.1 billion in new investments, marking a 2.8% increase in assets to $40.5 billion. This surge followed a softer-than-expected inflation report, which boosted investor confidence. U.S. equity ETFs also showed strength, with SPY gaining $8.94 billion in inflows.1

Vanguard has unveiled two ultra-short Treasury ETFs, VGUS and VBIL, offering investors low-cost solutions for managing liquidity and short-term exposure. With expense ratios of 0.07%, these funds aim to bridge the gap between money market funds and traditional bond ETFs, reflecting Vanguard's commitment to cost efficiency.2

February 2025 saw ETF inflows reach $110.8 billion despite market turbulence. U.S. equity ETFs led with $52.2 billion, while fixed-income ETFs gained $30.8 billion.
