# Log in to Perplexity

## How do I log in to Perplexity?

If you skipped signing in during setup, you can do it anytime — right from your new tab.

There are two ways to sign in:

  <li>
    Click **Sign in** in the bottom-left corner of the new tab
  </li>

  <li>
    Or use the **sign-in panel** on the right side when it appears
  </li>
</ul>

From there, you can choose **Continue with Google**, **Continue with Apple**, or sign in with your email.

Once you’re logged in, your search history and Pro features (like advanced AI search) will be unlocked automatically.

You don’t need a Perplexity account to use Comet — but signing in gives you a more personalized and connected experience across devices.
