# How can I report incorrect or inaccurate answers?

Include the following in your report:

  </li>

  <li>
    Description of the error and expected result
  </li>

  <li>
    Examples of issues we look for:

        Repetitive behavior
      </li>

      <li>
        Loss of context within a session, a project or with internal file search.
      </li>

      <li>
        Ignoring prompts
      </li>

      <li>
        Misinformation
      </li>

      <li>
        Outdated information
      </li>
    </ul>
