# मुझे अपना Pro स्टेटस क्यों नहीं दिख रहा है?

> Pro स्टेटस न दिखने पर लॉग इन अकाउंट और भुगतान स्थिति जाँचें, फिर भी एक्सेस न मिले तो सहायता टीम से संपर्क करें।

सुनिश्चित करें कि आप अपने Perplexity Pro सब्सक्रिप्शन से जुड़े अकाउंट में लॉग इन हैं। Settings > Manage Subscription में अपनी पेमेंट स्थिति जाँचें।
