# Apple Relay メールの問題のトラブルシューティング

> Apple RelayアドレスにPerplexityのメールが届かない場合に、転送先、アカウントのメールアドレス、設定を確認する方法を説明します。

## メールが届かないのはなぜですか？

迷惑メール／迷惑フォルダに振り分けられていないか確認してください。 また、Apple Relay アドレス（@privaterelay.appleid.com）でメールを受信するには、Apple の設定で「転送先」が有効になっていることを確認してください。 \

「設定」＞［あなたの名前］＞「iCloud」＞「iCloud+ の機能」＞「メールを非公開」に移動し、「Perplexity」を見つけて、「転送先」がオンになっていることを確認してください。
