# SMS 2FAによるアカウントの電話番号確認

> Perplexityは、一部のユーザーに対してPerplexityアプリを引き続き使用する前に電話番号の確認を求める場合があります。

電話番号の確認を求められた場合は、短い確認プロセスが案内されます。番号を入力すると、SMSでコードが届きます。確認ページでそのコードを入力すると、Perplexityアプリの使用を続けられます。\


いくつかご確認ください：

**Step 1**

この確認はアカウントごとに1回のみ必要です。

**Step 2**

各Perplexityアカウントには1つの電話番号のみ紐付けることができます。

**Step 3**

確認によってアカウントへのアクセスができない場合は、サポートがアクセスの復元をお手伝いできる場合があります。
