# クラッシュや空白ウィンドウ、高いリソース使用を修正する

> アプリを閉じて再度開き、最新バージョンがインストールされているかを確認します。それでも起動しない場合はコンピュータを再起動してください。

## **アプリが起動しない、または空白のウィンドウが表示される場合**

<ul>

    アプリを閉じてから再度開きます。
  </li>

  <li>
    最新バージョンがインストールされているかを確認します。
  </li>

  <li>
    それでもアプリが起動しない場合は、コンピュータを再起動します。
  </li>
</ul>

## **アプリの動作が遅い、またはメモリの使用量が過大になる場合**

<ul>
  <li>
    長時間実行中のタスク、ブラウザセッション、生成中のプレビューが残っていないかを確認します。
  </li>

  <li>
    不要になった完了済みタスク、プレビュー、ブラウザウィンドウを閉じます。
  </li>

  <li>
    アプリを再起動します。
  </li>
</ul>
