# 이전 앱에서 업그레이드하기

> 이전 Windows 및 Mac 앱은 새 앱으로 자동 업그레이드되지 않습니다. 새 앱을 설치하고 로그인한 다음, 이전 앱을 삭제하세요.

이전 Windows 및 Mac 앱은 새 앱으로 자동 업그레이드되지 않습니다. 이전 앱을 삭제해도 Perplexity 계정, 프로젝트 또는 클라우드 기반 스레드는 삭제되지 않습니다.

## **Windows**

이전 Windows 앱은 2026년 10월 15일부터 작동하지 않습니다.

**Step 1**

[Perplexity 플랫폼 페이지](https://www.perplexity.ai/platforms)에서 새 앱을 설치합니다. [Windows 직접 다운로드](https://get.microsoft.com/installer/download/9P9XG917PWCJ)를 사용하거나 [Microsoft Store](https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9P9XG917PWCJ)에서 설치할 수도 있습니다.

**Step 2**

새 앱을 열고 동일한 Perplexity 계정에 로그인합니다.

**Step 3**

기존 작업이 있는지 확인한 다음, **설정 → 앱 → 설치된 앱**에서 이전 앱을 삭제합니다.

**Step 1**

[Perplexity 플랫폼 페이지](https://www.perplexity.ai/platforms)에서 새 앱을 설치하거나 [Mac 직접 다운로드](https://macos-download.perplexity.ai/Perplexity.dmg)를 사용합니다.

**Step 2**

새 앱을 열고 동일한 Perplexity 계정에 로그인합니다.

**Step 3**

기존 작업이 있는지 확인한 다음, Finder에서 **응용 프로그램**을 열고 Mac App Store에서 설치한 이전 버전을 삭제합니다.
