# 로컬 파일 및 폴더 액세스 문제 해결

## **Mac**

**Step 1**

**Settings → Permissions**를 열고 로컬 파일 액세스가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다.

**Step 2**

필요한 폴더가 추가되어 있는지 확인합니다.

**Step 3**

앱이 여전히 폴더에 액세스할 수 없다면 이 경우에 대한 가장 광범위한 macOS 권한인 **Full Disk Access**를 검토합니다.

## **Windows**

**Step 1**

앱이 최신 업데이트 상태인지 확인합니다. 버전 26.8.1 이상은 로컬 파일 액세스를 **Settings → Permissions**에서 관리하며, 이전 버전은 제거된 **Settings → Sandbox** 및 **Settings → Devices** 페이지를 사용하므로 먼저 업데이트하세요.

**Step 2**

**Settings → Permissions**를 열고 **Local file system access** 행을 확인합니다. **Enabled**로 표시되어야 합니다. **Enable**로 표시되면 이를 선택하고 Windows 권한을 확인하세요. **Update** 또는 **Repair**가 표시되면 해당 항목을 선택하세요.

**Step 3**

Local file system access 행 아래의 스위치인 **Desktop tools**가 켜져 있는지 확인합니다.

**Step 4**

Computer 모드에서 **Choose folder**로 필요한 폴더가 추가되어 있는지 확인합니다.

**Step 5**

앱이 여전히 폴더에 액세스할 수 없다면 관련 Windows 권한을 검토합니다.

## **이전에는 액세스가 작동했던 경우**

    파일 또는 폴더가 이동되거나 이름이 변경되지 않았는지 확인합니다.
  </li>

  <li>
    폴더를 제거한 후 다시 추가합니다.
  </li>

  <li>
    요청이 선택한 폴더 외부에 있는 파일을 필요로 하는지 확인합니다.
  </li>

  <li>
    앱을 다시 시작합니다.
  </li>
</ul>
