# 멈추거나 파일을 생성하지 못한 작업 해결

> ‘멈추거나 파일을 생성하지 못한 작업 해결’에서는 웹에서 작업 확인, 작업이 여전히 멈춰 있는 경우, 파일이 없는 경우 등을 안내합니다.

## **웹에서 작업 확인**

브라우저에서 Perplexity를 열고 작업을 찾아보세요. 앱의 업데이트가 멈추었더라도 작업은 성공적으로 진행되었을 수 있습니다.

웹에서 작업이 보이고 진행되고 있다면 앱을 다시 시작하고 그곳에서 다시 여세요.

## **작업이 여전히 멈춰 있는 경우**

**Step 1**

작업을 중지합니다.

**Step 2**

필요한 기기, 폴더, 브라우저, 설치된 앱, 커넥터가 사용 가능한지 확인합니다.

**Step 3**

요청을 다시 제출합니다.

파일을 이동, 변경, 생성하는 요청을 반복하기 전에, 일부가 이미 완료되었는지 확인하세요.

## **파일이 없는 경우**

    요청에 지정된 대상 위치를 확인하세요.
  </li>

  <li>
    완료된 작업을 열어 결과 파일을 검토하거나 **Artifacts**를 확인하세요.

  <li>
    작업이 승인이나 오류에서 멈춘 것이 아니라 실제로 완료되었는지 확인하세요.
  </li>
</ul>
