# 철회권

> EU 철회권과 배송 전 주문 취소, 반품 신청, 배송비 부담 및 환불 절차를 안내합니다.

EU 법에 따라 대부분의 온라인 구매는 배송일로부터 14일 이내에 사유 없이 철회할 권리가 있습니다. 주문이 발송되기 전에는 고객 지원팀 [[supply@perplexity.ai](mailto:supply@perplexity.ai)](mailto:supply@perplexity.ai)로 문의해 주세요.

처리 완료된 주문을 철회하려면 메인 페이지 하단으로 스크롤한 뒤 “계약 철회” 버튼을 클릭해 주세요. 양식에 주문 ID와 이메일 주소를 입력하면 요청을 접수하는 즉시 이메일 확인을 받게 됩니다.

반품 상품을 수령하면 14일 이내에 전액 환불을 처리합니다. 상품에 결함이 있거나 별도로 합의한 경우를 제외하고 반품 배송비는 고객님 부담입니다.
