# iOS 订阅账单

点按应用左上角的设置图标。点按 Perplexity Pro → 了解更多，然后选择您的方案。

## 如何在 iOS 上更新我的账单信息？

**1. 在你的 iPhone 或 iPad 上打开“设置”应用。**

**2. 点击你的姓名。**

**3. 轻点“付款与配送”。系统可能会要求你使用 Apple ID 登录。**

**4. 要添加新的付款方式，请点击“添加付款方式”。输入新的付款方式详情，然后点击“完成”。**

**5. 要更新现有的付款方式，请点按该付款方式，然后编辑您的信息。您可能需要输入印在信用卡或借记卡上的安全码。**

**6. 要移除付款方式，请点按“编辑”，点按旧付款方式旁边的红色删除按钮，然后点按“删除”。**

## 我多久会被计费一次？

您将按照原始账单日期按年或按月计费，具体取决于您的订阅方案。如果您未将订阅设置为在当前周期结束时取消，它将继续自动续订。

## 我可以暂停我的订阅吗？

您无法暂停订阅。如果您无法完成付款，可以取消订阅，并在方便时重新开通。

## 如果我不续订订阅，会怎样？

如果您不续订订阅，当前计费周期结束后，您的账户将恢复为免费版，您将无法继续使用 Pro 功能。

打开 App Store，点按右上角的个人资料图标。点按“订阅”，然后点按“Perplexity - Ask Anything”。选择“取消订阅”。

## 我已经取消订阅了，但仍然被扣费。我该怎么办？

请前往 App Store 设置，确认 Perplexity AI 的订阅已取消，并检查是否仍有有效订阅。

## 如何在 iOS 上申请退款？

前往 [reportaproblem.apple.com](http://reportaproblem.apple.com/) 并使用与您的 App Store 购买关联的 Apple ID 登录。前往您的数字购买记录，然后点击“申请退款。”

**从年度订阅切换为月度订阅**

您需要开始新的月度订阅并支付新的金额。我们无法创建按比例计费的订阅。

## 账户终止

如果您的账户因违反 Perplexity 的《使用条款》而被终止，您将不会收到任何剩余积分或预付服务的退款。
