**Agent API** — 可同时访问第三方模型以及内置工具和预设，构建能够自主使用工具的智能代理。内置工具包括网页搜索（"web\_search）和 URL Fetch（fetch\_url），以及 People Search 和 Finance Search，还有诸如 fast, "pro-search"，和 深度研究 为你提供经过优化、可直接使用的配置。

**搜索 API** — 以编程方式访问支撑 Perplexity 答案引擎的同一全球规模检索基础设施，其索引覆盖数千亿网页。它返回原始、排序后、结构化的结果，支持高级筛选和实时数据，并支持区域定向和多查询请求等选项，以提高研究工作流的效率。

**Embeddings API** — 生成高质量嵌入，用于语义搜索和检索增强生成（RAG）流程。
