# API 付款和账单

您可以通过前往以下页面添加付款方式： [API 控制台](https://console.perplexity.ai/)。要添加新的账单信息，请转到左侧边栏的“账单”选项卡，然后点击“添加付款方式”。

## 使用情况和点数

### 我如何购买 API 额度？

API 点数可按用量付费购买。要添加点数，请前往 [API 控制台](https://console.perplexity.ai/)，然后点击“购买更多点数”。您也可以启用“自动充值”，在余额低于 2 美元时自动补充。如需企业采购（开具发票、采购订单或自定义条款），请[联系我们的销售团队](https://perplexity.typeform.com/to/m3WnMaG6)。

注意：API 点数与 [Computer 积分](https://www.perplexity.ai/help-center/help-center/zh-CN/articles/13838041-perplexity-shang-de-jifen-ruhe-yunzuo.md) 是分开计算的。

### API 点数会过期吗？

您购买的点数不会过期，会一直保留在您的余额中，直到您使用为止。

部分新账户会获得一次性的 10 美元注册点数。注册点数在发放 60 天后过期，届时未使用的部分将被清除。API 用量会先从注册点数中扣除，再扣除您购买的点数。

### 我购买了太多点数，可以退款吗？

如果您在购买日期后 14 天内报告问题，并且点数尚未使用，则可以处理退款。已使用的点数不可退款。

### 使用 API 是否需要 Perplexity Pro？

不需要，购买 API 点数或使用 API 无需订阅 Perplexity。API 访问作为独立服务对所有用户开放。
