> 提交 Perplexity 错误报告时，请提供复现步骤、预期与实际结果、设备信息及相关截图，帮助团队定位并解决问题。

请提供以下详细信息，这有助于我们及时处理并解决该问题。

通过 Help 菜单中的[“联系支持团队”](https://www.perplexity.ai/?support=true#settings/account)给我们发送消息，并包含以下信息：

桌面报告：

  </li>

  <li>
    网页浏览器类型
  </li>

  <li>
    问题详细描述（如已知，请包含重现步骤）
  </li>

  <li>

“移动应用（iOS 或 Android）报告：”
