# 我无法登录

> 排查 Perplexity 网页端和移动端登录问题，包括登录链接、垃圾邮件、邮箱安全工具、设备设置和 VPN。

我们建议使用 Gmail 或 Apple 账户登录 Perplexity，因为其他邮件客户端可能会出现问题。我们正在改进登录体验。

如果您无法登录，请检查以下内容：

**1. 检查您的垃圾邮件文件夹。**

**2. 确保您使用的是最新的登录链接。**

**3. 请在您使用 Perplexity 的同一设备上打开该链接。**

**4. 请确认您的邮箱服务提供商没有屏蔽任何链接。**

**5. 禁用任何邮件扫描程序。**

如果问题仍然存在，请使用本帮助中心顶部导航栏中的**联系支持团队**按钮。除非您已登录，否则无法使用 Help 菜单中的“联系支持团队”。

## 为什么我无法登录移动应用？

如果您在登录移动应用时遇到问题，请尝试以下步骤：

**2. 使用最新的登录链接。**
