# 将 Perplexity 与 Notion 连接

**Notion 连接器** 允许 Perplexity Max、Enterprise Pro 和 Enterprise Max 订阅用户在单一工作流中搜索、总结，并将来自其 Notion 页面和数据库的见解与其他已连接应用和组织文档中的信息进行整合。

您可以将您的 Notion 数据与组织内文档、已连接的应用以及网络上的信息相结合，让您更高效，节省时间并减少上下文切换。

## Notion 连接器如何工作？

Perplexity 的 Notion 连接器 将你的 Notion 和 Perplexity 工作区整合在一起，让你可以利用来自不同来源的信息丰富回答。

例如，您可以从 Notion 页面或数据库中查询信息，进行摘要并提取洞察，还可以将这些内容与来自网页或其他应用的信息结合起来，从而生成上下文更丰富的回复。

Notion 连接器 可让 Perplexity 与 Notion 实时同步；当选择 Notion 作为数据源时，系统会始终在 Notion 中搜索最新数据。只会检索回答每个查询所需的特定结果。Perplexity 不会存储或索引整个 Notion 工作区。

## 隐私和数据安全

Notion 连接器 需要以下权限才能运行：

    镜像您的页面和数据库访问权限
  </li>

  <li>
    根据您的访问权限代表您执行操作
  </li>

  <li>
    跨已连接的应用进行搜索（需要 Notion AI 方案）
  </li>

  <li>
    查看工作区的用户及其电子邮件
  </li>
</ul>

Notion 连接器遵循 Notion 的用户权限，因此用户只能通过 Perplexity 访问自己在 Notion 中有权限访问的数据。

我们提供企业级保护和合规性，包括 SOC 2 Type II 认证、端到端加密、严格的数据隐私措施以及精细的用户访问控制。与其他 Enterprise 数据一样，您的电子邮件和日历数据绝不会用于 AI 训练，并且强有力的保障措施可确保保密性和合规性。您可以在我们的[信任中心](https://trust.perplexity.ai/)中了解更多。

此外，符合条件的组织中的管理员可以在 [Audit Logs](https://www.perplexity.ai/help-center/help-center/zh-CN/articles/11652747-审计日志.md) 中查看所有使用 Notion 连接器 提交的查询，并查看用于生成答案的每个来源。不过，答案本身以及所访问的具体 Notion 文档目前未记录在审计日志中。

## 如何激活

要激活 Notion 连接器：

**Step 1**

在侧边栏中打开 **[Plugins](https://www.perplexity.ai/computer/plugins)**（如果您还看不到 Plugins，请使用 **Customize → Connectors**）。在 **Discover** 中查找 Notion 连接器，或按名称搜索，然后打开其页面。

**Step 2**

选择 **连接**。

**Step 3**

随后，系统将提示您登录 Notion，并为连接器授予一些权限。这些权限将允许连接器在 Notion 工作区中读取信息并代表您执行操作。点击 **允许** 继续。

**Step 4**

点击 **完成设置** 开始使用 Perplexity 和 Notion。

在 Enterprise 组织中，组织管理员可以为所有组织用户启用或禁用该连接器。

如果你无法在你的账户上连接 Notion 连接器，请联系组织管理员。

## 试用中

一旦你将 Perplexity 连接到 Notion，请在会话中发起查询时将其选为来源：

**Step 1**

点击 **设置搜索来源**。
