## Outlook.com Connector 有什么作用？

连接后，Outlook.com Connector 可让你从 Perplexity 中查询你的 Outlook.com 或 Outlook on the Web 收件箱，通过你可能只存在于电子邮件中的信息来丰富搜索结果。

目前，Outlook.com Connector 只能查询一个主日历。无法查询多个日历或辅助日历。

您还可以查询您的 Outlook 日历，从而在一个界面中查看所有事件。

未来，您将能够直接从 Perplexity 和 [Comet](https://www.perplexity.ai/enterprise/comet) 发送电子邮件或创建日历事件。

### 企业级安全与控制

将 Perplexity 连接到您的 Outlook.com 账号是在个人级别完成的。这意味着组织中的其他任何人都无法查询您的收件箱或日历。不过，如果您在共享会话中查询日历，任何有权访问该会话的人都可以看到回复。

为控制 Perplexity 与 Outlook.com 的交互方式，组织管理员可以为所有组织用户启用或禁用该连接器。

## 如何激活它

要启用 Outlook.com Connector：

**Step 1**

在侧边栏中打开 **[Plugins](https://www.perplexity.ai/computer/plugins)**（如果您还看不到 Plugins，请使用 **Customize → Connectors**）。在 **Discover** 中查找 Outlook.com 连接器，或按名称搜索，然后打开其页面。

**Step 2**

选择 **连接**。

然后系统会提示您登录 Microsoft 账户，并向该连接器授予一些权限。这些权限将允许该连接器查看您的收件箱和日历信息，并在 Outlook.com 或 Web 版 Outlook 中代表您执行操作。点击 **允许** 继续。

**Step 4**

点击 **完成设置** 开始使用 Perplexity 与 Outlook。
