## Email Assistant 功能无法正常工作？

如果邮件 Assistant 功能无法正常使用，请尝试先断开连接，然后通过以下方式重新连接 [Assistant 设置](https://www.perplexity.ai/account/assistant)。要重新连接，请点击页面底部的“禁用”，然后重新完成入门流程。 \

## **邮箱 Assistant 无法处理在 Outlook 中进入不同文件夹的邮件？**

Email Assistant 目前只能读取并分类你 **收件箱** 中的邮件，以及 **已发送** 中的部分消息；它 **不会** 访问自定义文件夹，也不会遵循将邮件移出收件箱的 Outlook 规则。作为一种变通方法，您可以暂停或调整绕过收件箱的规则，让邮件先进入收件箱，然后使用 **[标签类别](https://www.perplexity.ai/account/assistant)** 标记并可视化整理消息，同时将其保留在收件箱中，供 Email Assistant 处理。
