# 为什么我的订阅被暂停？

## 个人订阅

当用户收到需要添加支付卡的通知，但在通知后一周内没有添加支付卡时，就会发生暂停订阅。由于在此窗口中未添加有效的付款方式，您的账户将自动降级为免费套餐。

**如果我的订阅是免费的，为什么我必须添加卡？**

促销订阅需要有效的信用卡进行账户验证——促销期间不会向您收费。

**如何恢复您的促销访问权限：**

您可以通过添加有效的信用卡立即重新激活促销活动。您将保留原来的促销期，并且添加一张卡可以从您上次中断的地方恢复您的福利，但暂停期间错过的任何天数都不会得到弥补。在促销期结束之前，我们不会向您收取费用。

**Step 1**

登录您的 Perplexity 账户： [perplexity.ai](https://perplexity.ai/) （仅限桌面）

**Step 2**

导航至账户 → 管理订阅或选择要求更新账单信息的提示

**Step 3**

添加付款方式（注意：对于位于印度的用户，只能使用信用卡或借记卡 **Visa**, **Mastercard**， 或者 **American Express** 被接受。）

**如果您已添加卡，但您的订阅尚未恢复，并且系统会要求您购买 Perplexity Enterprise 订阅：**

当您意外创建 Enterprise 组织时，就会发生这种情况。要恢复促销订阅，您需要删除您的组织。

要删除 Enterprise 组织：

**Step 1**

登录到 [perplexity.ai](https://Perplexity.ai) 在网络上

**Step 2**

前往 **设置** （左下角账户菜单）

**Step 3**

点击 **[组织](https://www.perplexity.ai/account/org/details)** 在侧边栏中

**Step 4**

滚动到底部并单击 **删除** 在“删除组织”部分下

**Step 5**

点击 **确认**

 **注意：** 您将无法访问作为组织成员时创建的任何会议和项目。如果发生这种情况，或者您无法删除该组织，请联系我们，我们将很乐意提供帮助。
