# 开始使用桌面应用

> 在 Windows 或 Mac 上安装 Perplexity 桌面应用、登录并开启你想使用的权限和本地文件访问。

文件访问。

## 开始之前

* Windows 10 版本 1809 或更高，或 macOS 15 或更高。

* 一个可登录的 Perplexity 账户。

* 如果你的账户由某个组织管理，管理员必须允许桌面工具，Perplexity 才能处理你
  电脑上的文件。

## 在 Windows 上安装和更新

### 从 Microsoft Store 安装

1. 在 Windows 设备上，打开 Microsoft Store 中的 Perplexity 页面：
   `ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9P9XG917PWCJ`。

2. 选择 **Install**。

3. 打开 Perplexity 并登录。

### 从 Perplexity 网站安装

1. 打开 [Perplexity 下载页面](https://www.perplexity.ai/platforms)。

2. 下载并运行 Windows 安装程序。

3. 打开 Perplexity 并登录。

网站安装程序在后台使用 Microsoft Store 的安装和更新系统。安装过程中你无需
单独打开 Store。

### 检查更新

Microsoft Store 会为 Perplexity 应用推送更新。当更新已下载并等待应用关闭时，
Perplexity 会在侧边栏显示 **Restart to update**。选择它即可应用更新并重新
打开应用。

要查看是否有可用更新，打开 **Settings → About**，然后选择
**Open Microsoft Store**。

>
> 你的 Microsoft Store 设置，或组织设定的策略，可能会影响更新到达的时间。

## 在 Mac 上安装和更新

1. 从 [Perplexity 下载页面](https://www.perplexity.ai/platforms)下载
   Perplexity Mac 版应用。

2. 打开下载的磁盘映像 (DMG)。

3. 将 Perplexity 移到 **Applications**。

4. 打开 Perplexity 并登录。

### 完成 Mac 设置

完成设置后，Perplexity 才能使用你的本地文件、已安装的应用和你的浏览器。

1. 批准应用请求的 macOS 权限。要查看这些权限，请从屏幕左上角的菜单栏中打开
   **Perplexity → Settings… → Permissions**，或者从菜单栏右侧的 Perplexity
   图标中选择 **Settings…**。

2. 连接你希望 Perplexity 使用的文件夹和应用。

3. 安装 [Comet](https://www.perplexity.ai/comet) 以完成浏览器任务。
   Perplexity 会把网页工作交给 Comet，Comet 可以在你已登录的站点中导航、
   填写表单并收集信息。

4. 如果你希望在离开 Mac 时启动任务、批准敏感操作或响应双重认证提示，请配对
   你的手机。

> 使用你已安装的应用可能会触发更多访问请求，例如面向 Notes 或 Mail 的
> Automation，或对 Desktop、Documents 和 Downloads 文件夹的访问。

要配对设备，请在该设备上使用同一账户登录 Perplexity。之后它会出现在
**Perplexity → Settings… → Devices** 下。另请参见

### 检查更新

Mac 应用会自动检查更新并在后台安装。要手动检查，请从屏幕左上角的菜单栏
打开 **Perplexity → Check for Updates…**。

>
> 自动更新仅在应用位于 **Applications** 时有效。如果你正从已挂载的磁盘映像
> 或 Downloads 文件夹运行 Perplexity，请先将其移到 **Applications**。

## 启用本地文件访问

当你的请求需要电脑上的文件时，应用可能会在初次设置期间或某个问题中请求本地
文件访问。你也可以在任一平台的 Settings 中的 **Permissions** 下自行设置。
在 Windows 上，初次设置流程可能会提供 **Enable local access**，一步完成同样
的操作。

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Permissions** 部分需要当前版本的应用——在 Windows 上为 26.8.1 或更高。
> 如果你看不到该项，请先更新应用：在 Windows 上，打开 **Settings → About**
> 并选择 **Open Microsoft Store**；在 Mac 上，使用菜单栏中的
> **Perplexity → Check for Updates…**。

在 Windows 上：

1. 打开 **Settings → Permissions**，找到 **Local file system access** 一行。

2. 选择 **Enable**。

3. 如果出现 Windows 权限提示，请确认。

4. 打开该行下方的 **Desktop tools** 开关。

>
> 在 **Local file system access** 完成设置之前，**Desktop tools** 一直不可用。
> 它让应用可以读写本设备上的本地文件并运行 shell 命令。

在 Mac 上，打开 **Perplexity → Settings… → Permissions**，并批准应用请求的
权限。Mac 上没有 **Local file system access** 一行，也没有 **Desktop tools**
开关；文件访问来自 **Full Disk Access**、你批准的文件夹提示，以及
**Filesystem** 连接器。

请按任务而不是在 Settings 中选择具体的文件夹：在 Perplexity Computer 中，
打开 **Folders** 并选择 **Choose folder**。你可以为不同任务添加不同的
文件夹，并移除你不再希望应用使用的文件夹。相关示例请参见

Windows 上的 Permissions 面板还包含 **Remote access**，允许来自 Perplexity
网页和移动应用的桌面会话。参见

组织可以为其成员关闭桌面工具。在 Windows 上，**Local file system access**
一行会显示 **Blocked by your organization**。在 Mac 上，Settings 中不会出现
任何控制项，需要本地文件或命令的请求会被拒绝。两种情况下，都请向你所在
组织的管理员申请允许桌面工具。

## 在你自己的硬件上运行任务

在 NVIDIA DGX Spark 上，或在配备 24 GB 或更大 VRAM 的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 或
RTX PRO GPU 的 Windows 或 Linux PC 上，你可以在设备本地运行任务而不是在
云端。无需单独安装：打开 **Menu → Settings → Local Inference**，并在
**On-device models** 下下载一个模型。

## 如何验证是否生效

在 Windows 上，**Local file system access** 一行显示 **Enabled**，且
**Desktop tools** 开关已开启。在 Mac 上，你批准的每项权限会在
**Perplexity → Settings… → Permissions** 中显示为已授予。已配对的手机或
电脑会出现在 **Settings → Devices** 下。

## 如果安装未完成

> 如果你已经安装了较旧的 Perplexity 应用，它不会自动升级。请参见

### Windows

1. 确认你使用的是当前的 Microsoft Store 链接。

2. 如果某个入口不起作用，请尝试另一个——Store 列表页或 Perplexity 网站。

### Mac

1. 从磁盘映像打开应用，并在出现提示时选择 **Move to Applications**。

2. 如果已存在副本，请选择 **Replace** 将旧的移到 Trash。

3. 如果移动不成功，请删除现有的副本。

4. 下载新的磁盘映像，然后在打开前将应用移到 **Applications**。

### Windows 上的本地文件访问问题
