# 从旧版应用升级

较早的 Windows 和 Mac 应用不会自动升级到新应用。删除旧应用不会删除你的 Perplexity 账户、项目或云端问题。

## **Windows**

旧版 Windows 应用将于 2026 年 10 月 15 日停止运行。

**Step 1**

从 [Perplexity 平台页面](https://www.perplexity.ai/platforms)安装新应用。你也可以使用 [Windows 直接下载链接](https://get.microsoft.com/installer/download/9P9XG917PWCJ)，或从 [Microsoft Store](https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9P9XG917PWCJ) 安装。

**Step 2**

打开新应用并登录同一个 Perplexity 账户。

**Step 3**

确认现有内容仍在，然后在**设置 → 应用 → 已安装的应用**中删除旧应用。

**Step 1**

从 [Perplexity 平台页面](https://www.perplexity.ai/platforms)安装新应用，或使用 [Mac 直接下载链接](https://macos-download.perplexity.ai/Perplexity.dmg)。

**Step 2**

打开新应用并登录同一个 Perplexity 账户。

**Step 3**

确认现有内容仍在，然后在 Finder 中打开**应用程序**，并删除从 Mac App Store 安装的旧版本。
