# 将文件添加到请求并查找生成的文件

> 了解“将文件添加到请求并查找生成的文件”中的附加文件、查找生成的文件、如果无法附加或下载文件等内容。

附加文件与授予应用对某个文件夹的访问权限是不同的。

## **附加文件**

当你希望 Perplexity 在当前请求中读取或分析某个文件的副本时，使用附件控件。附加文件不会让应用访问原始文件夹，对附加副本的更改也不会自动更新原始文件。

要编辑原始文件或将更改保存回其位置，请改为选择包含它的文件夹，而不是附加副本。当你希望 Perplexity 跨多个本地文件工作、编辑原始文件或将新文件保存回该文件夹时，请授予应用对文件夹的访问权限。

## **查找生成的文件**

让 Perplexity 创建文件时，请指定保存位置。例如：

> "创建一个 Word 文档并保存到我的 Desktop。"

Perplexity 生成的文件始终可在 **Artifacts** 中找到。你也可以打开已完成的任务，在其中与其他任务结果一起找到相同的文件。

## **如果无法附加或下载文件**

    尝试在主应用的请求字段中附加它。
  </li>

  <li>
    检查文件类型和大小是否受支持。
  </li>

  <li>
    确认任务已完成创建结果。
  </li>

  <li>
    如果任务在本地保存了文件，请检查请求中指定的目标位置。
  </li>
</ul>
