# 修复本地文件和文件夹访问

## **Mac**

**Step 1**

打开 **Settings → Permissions**，确认本地文件访问已启用。

**Step 2**

确认已添加所需的文件夹。

**Step 3**

如果应用仍无法访问该文件夹，请查看 **Full Disk Access**，这是 macOS 中面向此类访问最宽泛的权限。

## **Windows**

**Step 1**

确认应用为当前更新版本。26.8.1 及更新版本在 **Settings → Permissions** 中管理本地文件访问；较旧版本使用已被移除的 **Settings → 沙盒** 和 **Settings → Devices** 页面，所以请先更新。

**Step 2**

打开 **Settings → Permissions**，查看 **Local file system access** 一行。它应显示 **Enabled**。如果显示 **Enable**，请选择它并确认 Windows 权限提示；如果显示 **Update** 或 **Repair**，请选择相应选项。

**Step 3**

确认 Local file system access 一行下方的开关 **Desktop tools** 已打开。

**Step 4**

确认已在 Computer 模式下通过 **Choose folder** 添加所需的文件夹。

**Step 5**

如果应用仍无法访问该文件夹，请查看相关的 Windows 权限。

## **如果之前可以访问**

<ul>

    确认文件或文件夹未被移动或重命名。
  </li>

  <li>
    移除并重新添加该文件夹。
  </li>

  <li>
    检查该请求是否需要所选文件夹之外的文件。
  </li>

  <li>
    重启应用。
  </li>
</ul>
