# 修复卡住或未创建文件的任务

## **在网页上检查任务**

在浏览器中打开 Perplexity 并找到该任务。即使应用停止更新，任务可能仍已顺利继续。

如果在网页上任务可见且仍在推进，请重启应用并在其中重新打开。

## **如果任务仍然卡住**

**Step 1**

停止任务。

**Step 2**

确认所需的设备、文件夹、浏览器、已安装的应用或**连接器**可用。

**Step 3**

再次提交请求。

在重复执行会移动、更改或创建文件的请求前，请检查其中是否有部分已经完成。

## **如果文件缺失**

<ul>

    检查请求中指定的目标位置。
  </li>

  <li>
    打开已完成的任务并查看其结果文件，或查看 **Artifacts**。
  </li>

  <li>
    确认任务已完成，而不是停在某个批准或错误上。
  </li>
</ul>
