# Apple Health 连接器故障排除

> 当 Apple Health 显示为已连接但 Perplexity 在 iOS 上无法看到你的数据时，应该检查什么。

Apple Health 在 iOS 上与 Perplexity 建立连接，以便健康相关问题可以使用你自己的活动、睡眠和生命体征数据。本文介绍最常见的问题及其解决方法。

## 开始之前

  <li>使用 Apple Health 功能需要 Perplexity iOS 应用，并且年满 18 岁。Apple Health 连接是在你的 iPhone 上完成的；无法通过网页、Android 或 Mac 连接 Apple Health。</li>

## Perplexity 显示 Apple Health 未连接，或未返回任何健康数据

请按顺序执行以下步骤，并在每一步之后测试。

**1. 更新 Perplexity iOS 应用。**

通过 App Store 安装最新版本。

**2. 在「健康」应用中检查权限。**

打开**健康** → 点按你的头像 → **App** → **Perplexity**，确保你希望询问的数据类型（例如步数、步行+跑步距离、睡眠、心率）已打开。

**3. 为 Perplexity 打开「后台 App 刷新」。**

打开 iPhone **设置** → **通用** → **后台 App 刷新**。

**4. 在 Perplexity 中断开并重新连接 Apple Health。**

在**插件 → 已安装**（如果您还看不到 Plugins，请使用 **Customize → Connectors**）中打开 Apple Health，选择**断开连接**，再选择**重新连接**。重新连接后，等待几分钟再提问。

**5. 在全新的聊天中提问。**

现有的对话可能不会识别到重新连接的数据源。开启新的聊天，并直接提问，例如「我昨天走了多少步？」

**6. 在 Search 中确认 Apple Health 已选为数据源。**

使用聊天输入框中的回形针图标，确认该聊天已选择 Apple Health。在 Computer 中，连接器会自动选定。

**7. 确认数据确实存在于 Apple Health 中。**

Perplexity 只能读取「健康」应用中已有的记录。如果「健康」应用在你询问的时间段没有任何记录，Perplexity 也不会有这些数据。

如果你已完成上述所有步骤，聊天中仍然返回类似「你的个人健康数据连接目前已断开」、「需要身份验证」或「未找到所请求类别的健康数据」之类的消息，请联系支持团队，并提供你的 iOS 版本、Perplexity 应用版本，以及聊天中显示的确切消息。
