With a simple text prompt, AI produces amazing interpretations for the world to enjoy4.

The arrival of AI-generated art has caused a pretty big stir. Many traditional artists worry that machines will kill human creativity and completely devalue the art profession. Some feel that AI art misses the mark where the soul and emotion are concerned. How do we gauge it all? Does it matter?

It's safe to say that AI-generated art is an infant in the scheme of things. There will be an evolution phase that we all define and shape together—just as artists did when photography or digital design was born. In the future, it's very likely there will be a deep and satisfactory relationship between human artists and machines. In that space, AI will become a true partner in the creative process. Then, we'll all learn and co-create together in ways that make us all more creative and capable than we ever imagined. And finally, as algorithms evolve, so will the art we all product together. The increased fusion of humans and machine learning will continue to push the creative landscape to new times and spaces.
